Two trials down, who knows how many more to go.
While everyone is grappling with the aftermath of the first real trial and the first execution, distrust is slowly beginning to build up amongst the class. Damon, struggling to cope with the betrayal of knowing the only person he thought he could trust had killed, takes comfort in knowing his roommate, Kai, is probably too stupid to kill him.
Kai, on the other hand, isn't as stupid as Damon thinks. He can read him like a book; he's falling in love with Kai and doesn't even know it. When everyone else is turning their back on him, he takes comfort in knowing that Damon isn't going anywhere.

When Jekyll first turned into Hyde, he had to set up some rules to help protect his own identity but, when Edward sees Gabriel loitering outside Dr Jekyll's lab in the dead of night, he can't help but break a few of those rules.
Gabriel hangs out outside Jekyll's lab each night, hoping to catch a glimpse of Hyde. Hyde spots him and spies on him each night, curious to see who he's meeting. Unsurprisingly, neither are satisfied with the outcome.

After the brief stint in 3-E and then the return to 3-A (since Seo couldn't be left alone for two minutes without getting his hands stuck in a jam jar, and Class A was more co-dependent than Koro-sensei was to junk food and adult magazines) Asano was ready for life to go back to some semblance of normality.
