Summary
The circus had changed.
With Caine granting the cast more freedom—and revealing what their real lives held outside of the circus—life inside the Digital Circus has become strangely peaceful. But for Pomni, peace feels incomplete. Jax has been asleep for six months. Ever since their last encounter in his mindscape, he hasn’t moved, spoken, or opened his eyes. Summary
Jax goes missing after the escape-the-circus adventure. He’s only found a day later, at the edge of the grounds, staring off into the void with hazed eyes, unable to speak or even move.
Caine doesn’t know how to fix this- He can’t control anything related to the void! And so it’s up to the rest of the cast to watch over him as he recovers-
If he ever will.

“Yeah, no. I’m not leaving you here like this,” Pomni said firmly. Jax shrugged.
“Fine. Guess we’ll just sit here.” He hid his eyes again.
“Jax, come on,” Pomni moved closer to him, her hand still on his knee. “I know you’re in a lot of pain. You can’t stay like this forever.”
“Wanna bet? Besides,” Jax now sat up with a bit of energy, and Pomni could hear his voice resume its familiar, casual tone. “I’m perfectly fine! In fact, I’m beginning to think yellow suits me much better after all.”
