Summary
Fate and destiny are believed to be inevitable, that everything that happens is meant to be, for better or worse. But what would happen if just one small detail was altered. Would events still happen all the same, or would the tides of fate shift dramatically.
In this tale, rather than becoming a prisoner of the pillar of creation upon her sacrifice, by a pure chaotic miracle Nüwa was spat back out.
Shaken by the incident and fearing having to sacrifice herself again, she eventually creates her harbinger of chaos, intending to repeat this act every new cycle.
But fate had other plans when her harbinger was awoken far too early, and she later finds herself face to face with a brash and cheeky monkey determined to thwart her plan.
After a particularly harrowing incident, the two find themselves having to navigate life together through a fate neither expected for themselves:

Summary
The city of metropolis houses both demons and humans. This, of course, doesn't go very well.
Mk, on the run from a demon fighting ring, uses the crowd of the Brotherhoods annual celebration to try and escape. When those after him get too gutsy, Mk is forced to ask Sun Wukong for help. Of course, Mk doesn't expect the consequences of this to be two powerful monkeys that want to help him chasing him throughout the city, then again, maybe he's reading things wrong and they want to kill him because he's half human?

TW: most of the first chapter is a very descriptive panic attack/panicking over past trauma and such.

Summary
Branch Hawthorne starts going to Catpuccino because it is quiet, warm, and nothing like the apartment he shares with his four brothers and one deeply pampered pit bull. He tells himself that it is the only reason.
Then Gary, the café’s resident grumpy Maine Coon kitten, decides Branch is safe, and everyone else can get lost. Poppy, Catpuccino’s pink-haired owner, is warm, bright, impossible to ignore, and far too good at making Branch flustered for his own good. Suddenly, Branch is showing up every day for coffee, conversation, and a cat that seems alarmingly determined to drag him into something soft, domestic, and dangerous.
Between rescue cats, meddling coworkers, chaotic brothers, and a growing connection neither of them quite knows what to do with, Branch and Poppy find themselves circling closer and closer to something that feels an awful lot like love.
Rated T for potential language and innuendos. The very last chapter will have smut but is totally skippable if you are not a smut person. There will be kissing, making out, as well as romantic and sexual tension throughout the story so this is your warning :) most of it will be fluffy though

Despite Brandy going away on her month-long yoga retreat, Bruce is still feeling the love from their thirteen children - who are a major handful! Luckily, he receives help from his brothers, including Branch - who is also helping care for a suddenly sick Poppy; Clay, who is preparing to undertake a new relationship in dating Viva; and, last but not least, John Dory and Floyd, the former who is helping the latter put himself out there and also go off dating!
It might be a little bit of a mess, but who can resist the beauty, wonder, and surprises of spring? Not these trolls!
