Summary
Ah, yes that is the sound of Chuuya’s footsteps coming down the stairs that Dazai cannot see. He’d recognize that walking pattern anywhere.
Even while drugged and half dead, Dazai puts a performative grin on his face, fully expecting some snide remark from Chuuya as he turns the corner where he can see into the cell Dazai is in.
Dazai watches in amusement as Chuuya freezes upon his vibrant blue eyes falling upon Dazai, and the bandaged man grins wider.
Now, all Dazai has to do is get his mouth to function well enough to request Chuuya’s assistance in breaking the manacles. Not that he really needs the help. Yeah, it would speed up his break out, but if Chuuya is in a pissy mood, he’ll make do and break out on his own.
Dazai is not expecting what happens next.

In which BEAST Nakahara Chuuya shows up in a universe where Dazai is alive, and makes it his mission to claim this Dazai as his own, the current Chuuya be damned.

Summary
TRIGGER WARNING this fic will mention suicide, self harm, depression, abuse, gore, violence, death, panic/anxiety attacks, and torture.
The full moon bled its illuminating light upon an old broken-down warehouse; meanwhile, the blood glistened equally as brilliant, shrouding the old building in a beautiful scene of red. Screams shattered the air as bodies were ripped apart, guns fired, and glass destroyed. Corpses and the coppery scent of blood filled the building as a single silhouette stood among the chaos, surrounded.
A dangerous ability user has returned to Yokohama and the Port Mafia's enemies have suddenly been dropping like flies, always left in a scene of red. The ADA is tasked to figure out who is responsible and Dazai believes this is a ability user some how related to the Port Mafia, which is strange because Dazai knows all the ability users in the Port Mafia but it seems he missed someone, or they were hidden from him. A secret is revealed to Dazai and the ADA learns about his past. Meanwhile Mori acquires a new pawn for himself and plans of putting it in good use to convince Dazai to rejoin the Port Mafia and return to his side.

Summary
Thanks to the combined efforts and sacrifices of both the ADA and Port Mafia, Dostoevsky has been defeated. The Decay Of Angels and the ominous threat they once posed is no more. However, their victory has not come cheap. The cost? One Dazai Osamu.
Is it possible for him to keep a grasp on the light he’s come to love so deeply while being subjected to an inescapable darkness? Can he still be a good mentor, a good friend, as he falls from the heights he’s been desperately clawing since that first day? Since that first promise?
He doesn’t know if there's a brighter side, nor could he guarantee that even if there was one he’d come out the same. Can’t promise that the blood, death and evil won’t sink their hooks back into him. But he can be sure of one thing, he’ll fight until his dying breath to make sure that no matter the time or place, that he’s still worthy of that smile.
AKA- Mori’s condition for aiding in the defeat of one of Yokohama’s biggest threats was that once the danger had been neutralized, Dazai’s return to the fold would be immediate. Nobody has a good time.
AKA- Dadzai returns to the Mafia.
