Erling walks back with two beers in his hand, waving them stupidly. “You want one, or did the party get you already?”
“I uh…” Jude drawls, gaze flickering from Erling’s face to the drinks, then to his tank top and exposed arms. “We did party pretty hard.” He swallows and knows there’s a dark look on his face. Usually he’d control himself, but maybe not today. Maybe today he deserves it, so he looks back up and stares into the other man’s eyes.
Erling freezes for a moment. “Oh, faen,” he mutters, then starts to laugh. “It’s like that, Jude?”
