Summary
Being a teenager isn’t easy. It certainly doesn’t get any easier when you’re living out your teenage years in prison.
The people in Wriothesley’s environment don’t seem to understand why a kid with a past like his might be a bit wary in his relations with others, that is until his cellmate’s offhanded joke unexpectedly sends him on a wild journey of self discovery, one very cursed “pin-up” poster at a time.
At the very least, the head nurse seems supportive... a little too supportive, in fact... no, actually, she might just be full-on scheming behind his back.

Summary
They say office crushes aren’t meant to last, but in Neuvillette’s case, the feelings he harbors for his HR manager next door have long exceeded their intended lifespan, tormenting him for years. With his previous attempts at approaching Wriothesley unsuccessful, he begins to lose hope when one day, he gets approached by him instead. He receives a bizarre proposition: to act like his date for his best friend’s wedding party. Knowing it might be his one and only chance, Neuvillette agrees, determined to make sure they grow closer by the end of the reception.
And they sure do. Get closer, that is. Because their hotel room has only one bed.

Summary
The burden of responsibility is heavy, self control is heavier. What once was easy grows difficult as repression fights for the energy Neuvillette relegates towards his duty. An exhausted Iudex is not just difficult, it is dangerous. Wriothesley doesn’t have the time to be insecure about whether he has the right to help Neuvillette, he’s simply the only one who can. For the sake of Fontaine, Wriothesley tries to prove himself capable of sharing the burden with Neuvillette.
Or: Neuvillette is afraid of breaking Wriothesley with the burden of his repressed desire and Wriothesley, afraid of not being good enough for Neuvillette, learns how to be capable regardless.
Neuvillette’s appetite is large, he is not human, the things he wants are destructive for a man. The energy, attention, time and effort it takes to satisfy him is not something a man can bear. No, he knows how this will go, and he refuses to make a man feel inadequate for their failure. This is not the first human who has tried to save Neuvillette, and it will not be the last. Which is why Neuvillette must protect them from himself. That is his responsibility. This is justice.
