Summary
This is set post-season 1. Carol and Manousos manage to "unplurb" Zosia and, as they work on saving the rest of the word, Zosia has time to ponder everything: from childhood memories in Poland, through the joining, and Carol (and her many complicated, not-at-all love-y feelings for Carol).
There was also a fanfic here a few days ago that included jealous un-hived Zosia and this inspired me. If you read this, holler at me! <3

Summary
Helen L. Umstead seemingly has it all: she’s the Fashion Features Director at Vogue, owns a townhouse in Brooklyn and has a beautiful daughter together with her wife and model, Zosia Kawiecka.
Well, soon-to-be-ex-wife, that is.
And on top of that, Helen now has to write a feature on New York’s most notoriously difficult designer, Carol Sturka.Given their messy past, will they keep things strictly professional, or will their unresolved history bleed into a headline of its own?

"How often do you have sex?"
Both of them froze.
"Is this a one-to-ten thing?" Carol asked.
"Because zero would be nothing," Zosia said laughing, entirely forced. "So what's ten? Cause that would be-"
"Constant," Carol finished. "24/7. Without a break, for anything really."
They nodded in sync, as if that somehow answered the question.

“You must be Carol. Yes, that’s my piece.”
“Well, it’s impossible.”

Summary
Zosia sits up, trying to process her surroundings. There's something authentic in the way Zosia looks at her, eyes widening. But it fizzles away, and Zosia is back to being a confused and afraid woman on the floor of Carol's living room.
"We won't hurt you," Carol promises, wishing she knew at least a lick of Polish. "Can you understand me?"
Zosia grabs at her head, massaging her scalp, before she nods.
"Are you still a part of them? Are you just Zosia now?" Carol asks. She needs it to be a yes, for her dirty soul.
Zosia rises to her feet, knees weak from a lack of use. The other two follow her.
"So it was you who took this feeling from me?" Zosia asks. Carol nods. Zosia grumbles, not hiding her volume.
Carol doesn't know why she thought it would be better after Zosia woke.

Summary
Zosia barked out a sharp laugh, the sound grating against Carol’s ears. “Is that what I am?”
Carol slammed her palm harder against Zosia’s chest. The paper crumpled underneath the weight of it.
Zosia jerked backward into the desk, back bowing against the wood.
Carol leaned in, the movement unbidden and despite herself. Her voice was low, warm. “I could say more.”
Zosia glanced down to Carol’s mouth. Her lips parted. She shook her head. “Carol,” she breathed out.
“Zosia,” Carol murmured.
Zosia’s voice was strained, gravelly when she spoke. “The script —”Bookmarked by DrCormier
