Summary
The Doctor, the mad man travelling through space and time, he's seen it all. Zygons and cybermen, slitheen and silurian, there is very little in the vast universe that the Doctor has not encountered at least once in his many lifetimes. This however, is the rare exception. The Doctor and Donna come across a new mystery, beings that appear human have suddenly sprouted all across the planet. And they claim to be the living embodiment of countries. Where on Earth did these strange people come from, why is no one surprised by their presence and most of all, why have they called for the Doctor?
