Summary
Evan Buckley's childhood is different to what most assume, his purpose as spare parts is one he failed, and his father resents his existence for that fact. A parent should never hit their own child, but his parents never saw him as their child. When Maddie leaves for Doug, Buck's life gets significantly worse and by the time she's back he's already to far gone, he leaves with the Jeep, trying to find a meaning to his life, and he finds one, at the 118.
The things he tries to hind under wraps slowly come to light.

Summary
After rehabbing his injuries and putting in a lot of work, Buck is ready to go back to the 118. He wants to go back to work, and be back with his family. But his return takes more work than he thought it would, and people aren't as happy to see him as he was expecting, which makes the return a lot harder to deal with than he thought it would be. As things pile on and his support system shrinks, Buck finds himself wondering if it's all worth it and what he should do.
