The question takes Izuku so off guard that he doesn't answer immediately. His mouth drops open but no sound comes out.

‘No,’ was his first thought, breathless. In any moment, his legs would give out and he’d fall into a pathetic heap in front of the love of his life.
Wait- yes! He’s more than okay, this is a chance of a lifetime! His future bloodline would be told of this life-changing event, a sacred moment of history meant to be shared with all.
Or perhaps it will be a story of caution. But instead of Icarus, it’s about a socially awkward boy dying from flying too close to gay teenager heaven. Closeting too close to the sun, if you will (literally and figuratively.)

Hunter stalled as long as he could, but he was no match for the gentle force of nature that was Willow Park.
“They think you’re a cryptid!” she said as she patted Hunter’s tense shoulder comfortingly. “I know you’re anxious about this, but the longer you wait, the more obvious it will be that you are avoiding them. And they won’t like that. You want them to like you, right?”
So Hunter folded. Plans were made. And his fate was sealed.
It was time for him to meet Gilbert and Harvey Park.
