    Thanks to Alex's new medication, designed to manage any joint pain and migraines, he cannot find it within himself to sleep. Doesn't matter how perfect the room conditions are, how comfy he gets, how exhausted he is beforehand, or how much sleepy-time tea he took from the Captain and consumed. The damn pills just won't let him rest, and it's becoming quite the problem.

    Thank god they're on leave, otherwise it would be totally unnaceptable. But he doesn't have much time to figure this out before that lovely leave ends, and he can't stand sleeping through another good lunch in the mess.

    Maybe it's about time he asked Garrick for some help. Something about a routine...
