Summary
Poe has been different recently, and Finn feels himself physically drawn to him more than ever. He subconsciously looks for excuses to be close. More often than not, he finds himself in the same space as Poe, sitting and standing too close, brushing shoulders, touching thighs. More often than not, he’d lean in to their conversations, or let hugs linger for longer than necessary, trying to get more of his scent. More often than not, his feet lead him to Poe’s door.
Finn couldn’t help it, something about Poe and the way he looked, the way he felt, the way he smelled. It made him more aggressive, pushier when it came to Poe. He felt like an asshole, but if someone, anyone really, stood “too close” to Poe, got too chummy, or dared to touch him, alarm bells would go off in Finn’s head:
It should him standing by Poe’s side at all times, he should be the one laughing with him, touching him, feeding him, caring for him, loving him, fucking him-
This had to stop. Finn had to talk to Poe.

Bruce grabs the wrists that are held against his chest, trying to push him off. Kal just shoves him again, his deceptive strength keeping Bruce pinned. His eyes are ablaze, brows low and angry, disapproving. He’s shorter than Bruce, dark hair blowing in the wind, but his presence is large, his power crackling under his skin. “Get off me.”
“No.” Kal’s fingers are digging into his armor, leaving dents. “You’re reckless and stupid. You don’t know what you’re doing.”
“And you do? How long have you even been on this planet?”
Kal draws his hand back, and Bruce tenses, thinking this is it. They’re finally going to kick the shit out of each other, and probably break some things along the way.
But that doesn’t happen.
