Lighter’s eyes flick from the back cover of the book in his hand up to where someone had called his name. He’s in the city running errands for the girls, and there’s only a handful of people that know him by name here – and this is the last place he’d want to run into any of them.
Especially Wise.
“O-oh, hey Manager,” he croaks out, hoping he sounds less embarrassed than he feels. “What, uh… what’re you doin’ here?”
Or, Lighter has a secret he thinks is a little embarrassing, and ends up sharing with Wise.
