Summary
“Eddie’s been married once, and after Shannon asked him for a divorce and then died before they could do anything about it, he figured that was it for him. One marriage with all its ups and downs is enough for a lifetime.
Granted, he didn’t think he’d fall in love with Buck and be lucky enough for that love to be returned.”OR
Everyone seems to expect Eddie to propose to Buck any minute now, which is annoying because Eddie doesn’t want to get married again. He's sure of that. Or is he?

Summary
“Bucky?”
“Chris, buddy, is everything okay?” He’s already putting on his jacket, his phone nudged between his ear and shoulder.
“No,” Chris sniffles on the other side of the line. “Can you come, please?”
“Christopher, open this door.” He hears Ana say harshly but the sound is muffled.
“No! You’re mean and I don’t like you!” Chris yells at her. “Bucky, please come. I don’t want to stay with her.”--
When Christopher asks Buck for help when he's supposed to stay with Ana for the night, Eddie has to think about what he really wants to do with his romantic life.

Summary
“Pasta, huh?” he asks, stepping into the doorway. Christopher is on the couch with his Switch, a stack of notebooks and a closed pencil case on the table in front of him. “You make it sound like it's an event. We have pasta all the time.”
“He's been making pasta,” Chris says, squinting at his game, “for two hours.”

Summary
Buck’s first mistake was coming to the bar.
Actually, scratch that—his first mistake was falling hopelessly in love with his best friend, but he’s not sure he could’ve prevented that one.
But the bar—that he could have avoided. And the first shot of tequila. And the second, and third, and fourth.
His seventh mistake was watching Eddie get hit-on by a dead ringer for Chris Evans.
His eighth—and arguably most egregious—mistake was talking to Chimney.
Or, Buck tells Chimney a secret. This proves to be a mistake.

Summary
“Are they always like this?”
Hen chuckles, “Yeah, pretty much.”
“You get used to it.” Chimney adds, shaking his head at the two with a fondness that Hunter can’t relate to.
Ravi, one of the newer team members, shuffles closer to Hunter. He lays a hand on Hunter’s shoulder, leaning in to whisper, “No, you don’t. Trust me, I’ve known them almost a year and I still don’t understand their relationship.”
