Summary
Prowl has been a cop for years. He has faced countless undercover missions. So when he is told he must infiltrate the heart of a crime family slowly gaining power in multiple city-states, he doesn't think it'll be anything he is not used to…until he meets the head of the crime family, Jazz.
When you're torn between duty and desire, the right thing would be to choose duty. The problem is…for the first time, Prowl is contemplating choosing desire.

Jazz and Prowl (as Nightshift), fall in love, break each other’s sparks, then run away together. Barricade is possessive, and bad cop. Ricochet is hard and spontaneously violent when he believes he is protecting what’s his. Soundwave, Blackarachnia, Astrotrain, and Blitzwing die. Megatron declares mafia war. Soundwave made his own mafia. Jazz becomes boss of said group. Ultra Magnus is boss of the police. Bee is very young.

Loved this mermaid spoof. Jazz/Prowl, Red Alert is a youngling, and Prowl has Sideswipe and Sunstreaker. New Artifact called the Pearl of Polyhex, and apparently, the Matrix can change Optimus Prime into a mermech.

Summary
Optimus, regrettably, stayed staring at the image of a destroyed Cybertron for much longer than Megatron anticipated. The initial anger fell into a grief that had caught him in an emotional feedback loop that took several Earth minutes to clear.
It was getting tiring. Megatron had burned his grief away a long time ago. There was no point mourning what could have been. The past could not be seized, and his patience was limited.
And then, of course, Optimus had to go and speak in Orion’s voice.
[During the Orion Pax arc. Nothing gets better, but for just a moment they can remember what it was like.]
