She was screaming a lot, or a little, he wasn't listening. It was unimportant. She had no respect for the Doctor yet still held his interest. She scoffed at the punishments Stone had mentioned ensuing, yet she was interested in their perpetrator! Stone took the punishments willingly. They came from the mind of a genius, the genius, and who was Stone to ignore them. Did this woman think for even a fraction of a second that she was equal in any way to Robotnik? No one was, and she must've been stupider than he thought if she ever did.

“Fuck,” comes through the audio portion, as loud and clear as if Ivo were stood right next to him. That piques his interest. What on earth could —?
And then Stone leans back against the door, hands fumbling for his belt buckle, and something in Ivo’s brain clicks. Heat rushes to his face, spreading to his ear tips, driving him to lift a hand, ready to shut down the feed —
“He didn’t even do anything,” Stone says, as if reprimanding himself. “Get a grip, god.”

Robotnik notices Stone is missing for rather regular intervals. He eventually turns to the camera system to work out what's going on. He doesn't quite expect the result he gets.
