It was five minutes into the drive back to the Tower that something inside Steve's mind clicked.
“Wait a minute,” Steve said out loud.
Natasha glanced at him. “What?”
“Peter can kick a guy across the room, but he can't throw Tony off him?” Steve asked, mentally replaying the way Tony had playfully manhandled Peter.
Natasha shrugged. “He could.”
Steve furrowed his brows. “But he didn't.”
“Why would he have?” Natasha raised a brow at Steve.
Steve didn’t know how to answer that.
(Or: 3 times Tony was the exception for Peter +1 time he was STILL the exception from Steve's perspective)

Deadpool whistled, and Wolverine hummed in approvement. “Are we getting fancy tonight?” Deadpool asked. “If so, who’s paying? Because –”
“We’re vigilantes in masks,” Matt replied dryly, cutting Deadpool off. “I think if we left without warning this once they won’t do shit. Maybe get banned from the bar, but I doubt any of us are going to want to come back after this shit show.”
“Ooh! The Lawyer breaking the law for once? How do we feel about that best friend?” Deadpool shifted, presumably turning towards Wolverine who let out an annoyed huff.
“You’re not my best friend,” he muttered, tapping on the counter.

Summary
Peter Parker, having been Spider for over a year now and made many friends in that time that shared similar interests, is recruited (Correction: Blackmailed) by Tony Stark to come to Germany to help him bring in Captain America and those with him. However, this time, a particular friend of his catches wind and he's not pleased by this in the slightest.
He's the best there is at what he does but what he does isn't very nice. And anyone who endangers someone he cares about is screwed.
