Good day, dear readers. I have it on authority of my esteemed editor that sapphics are frequently in love with their friends and find it difficult to get out of the so-called "Friend Zone." She described it as "the most natural thing in the world, and also your responsibility to free us from the torturous shackles of eternal friendship." To that end, I will share with you in these pages my personal experiences with the "Friend Zone," and detail my efforts to extricate myself from said zone during my college years. As those efforts were met with extraordinary success, it is my hope that, by sharing my experiences, I can aid others in broaching the subject of romantic intimacy with those who otherwise would remain trapped in platonic limbo. (Holy shit, I love it when she talks like this. --Ed.) I thus exhort you, my fellow sapphics, not to despair. Follow my example and, I assure you, the fruits of your labor will be sweet indeed.
