Henry Fox has spent most of his career being invisible. As a freelance choreographer in London, he’s content to stay behind the scenes and create art for other people to perform — until a job offer pulls him to the other side of the Atlantic to salvage a rising pop star’s tour.
Alex Claremont-Diaz went from covering Queen songs in dive bars to selling out entire venues in the span of one viral moment, and he’s not about to let anyone forget it. He’s charismatic, relentless, and seems determined to make Henry’s job on the tour as difficult as possible. Unfortunately Alex is also a brilliant performer, and Henry can’t help but be drawn into his orbit.
After a lost bet, Henry finds himself not only choreographing Alex’s upcoming music video, but also starring in it. When a reckless off-script kiss derails any remaining sense of professionalism between the two of them, Henry begins to suspect he’s choreographed himself into something he can’t easily dance his way out of.
