Hello? Is this Sherlolly thing is still on...?
Does this fic have legs? I dunno. Quarentine's got me rereading all of ur beautiful pieces. Suddenly, the words in my head cannon sound ridic at best. If the great OhAine has taught me anything, however, it's that perfect is the enemy of post. Somehow tho, they always managed to post perfect prose. I ♥︎ them & miss their gorgeous Sherlock, their brilliant Molly. I do wish they'd post again!
As for this tale, well...apologies, in advance. You've stumbled upon an alternate sort of universe, sat right alongside the BBC version. This story-in-progress is neither pre-ASIP nor post-TFP. My Molly & my Sherlock are of their own place—somewhere north of London. And time—a day very much like today, if today is overcast with brooding consulting detectives where u live (how lucky for u!). I've held onto this plot for so long it's a wonder it hasn't jumped ship from my brain to someone else's Parker Duofold (Iridium nib, natch). Thank u to anyone who reads & comments. I'm trying to decide if I should finish the tale or abandon ship. x
