Falling in love. Committing himself to someone, trusting and loving them fully and completely, being willing to give his all to them, only to find out that they didn’t even view him as a person, but as an object to be molded and used for their own benefit? To find out that they would get violent and abusive if they didn’t get their way, if they weren’t submitted to and given anything they wanted? To be stripped of any clothes, dignity, self-respect, autonomy, choice - to be told when and where and how he was wanted like an obedient, submissive little bitch. And to be forever bound to the man he both loves and loathes, unable to escape, because he’d made his own blood-stained marriage bed and now had to lie in it.

Travis does just as told, and he is flushed, panting like a dog, pathetically grinding into the platform of Angel’s shoe, looking like he’s half a heartbeat away from an orgasm and clearly leaking at the sound of Val’s barked orders.
