Fridays were reserved for something special. It was always the same. Dinner with Jean after work, always fancy because only the best was good enough for his man. Then they would take a car home, and finally Reiner could shed his corporate uniform. The tie went first, neatly placed back in the box next to the others. Then the suit jacket, followed by the shirt, and trousers, all going to their respective places in an impeccable order. Once bare, he regarded himself in the mirror. The next step would be to put on his next uniform. The one that symbolised something entirely different from the suit he had so carefully put away moments before. It had become a ritual of sorts, Reiner thought as he placed the items of his next outfit on the bed. A ritual that Jean always allowed him to have in peace.
