Summary
Everything Changes in the time it takes for Dick to pick up the phone.
Jason had been tortured by the Joker.
Dick runs back to Gotham, back in the city he grew up in to help his family heal.
And to make thing worse someone is following him.
“You didn’t come home last night.”
Dick jumps at the voice, nearly dropping the juice, surprised to see Bruce standing in the kitchen staring at him with a furrowed brow.
“Hey B.” Dick greets, setting the juice on the counter. “Are you okay? You’re not normally up yet?”
“Why didn’t you come home last night?” Bruce repeats, ignoring Dick’s question. “Did something happen?”
Dick opens his mouth, about to tell Bruce all about his run in with Tim, to ask if he’d heard anything about the Drakes recently. Then he takes a good look at Bruce and the question dies in his throat.
Dark circles carved deep into his face, scruffy unshaven face, gaunt cheeks, and worry clear in his dull eyes. Bruce had been worried about Dick, worried another son had just disappeared without a word. The guilt felt like it could swallow him whole.
“Patrol ran late.” Dick lies. “I ended up crashing at one of the safe houses.”

"Did a two year old just outrun you?" Jason asked, wanting to make sure he wasn't hallucinating.
Bruce clenched his jaw. "I didn't want to hurt him." He growled.
"Liar!" Tim piped up from under the desk.
Jason was starting to like this version of his successor.

you know what? tim's not at all affected by being rejected by his bio-dad bruce wayne, you know why? because he's young, rich, hot, totally well-adjusted, popular, not at all a mess and honestly? that's all that matters!he's not petty enough to let his daddy issues descend into cold calculated revenge because he doesn't need bruce or batman or whatever he's calling himself these days. he doesn't need him. really. because he's perfect just the way he is. he doesn't want his attention or love either. duh.
and if, let's say, he ever tried to enact said revenge plan (as a joke, obviously. he would NEVER--) he's not worried (because that would be crazy) because his mom would never let him get thrown into arkham! which, at the end of the day; that's all that matters over standard parental affection. promise.

Summary
Percy Weasley and Oliver Wood hate each other for a total of two weeks. It’s easy from there, as being the only Gryffindor boys in their year, they had no choice but to become friends.
* * * *
“Did you….get a haircut?” Percy whispers.
“No,” Oliver whispers back, like it’s a game. “Did you?”
“Someone fucking sedate me,” he mutters to himself as Oliver shifts in his seat, taking out his hefty copy of Advanced Potion Making.
“Hm?”
“I said drink your tea, Wood.”

Summary
It's not *Tim's* fault Batman slept with his mom sixteen years ago, or Tim's fault that Bruce Wayne regrets signing away his parental rights fifteen years ago, but Jack Drake sure thinks it is. Now Damian is bugging him about cows and family and Jason and Dick won't stop kidnapping him and Bruce is acting like court orders don't matter, like he doesn't have a huge bat-shaped secret to protect from literally the whole freaking world.
Why is Tim the only functioning adult in this situation?
This was supposed to be coated in angst, but it fell in the fluff bucket instead. (So, update, some people are saying this may not be as fluffy as I am advertising it. I plead the 5th.)
