Summary
Scara looks absolutely heavenly, tears forming in his eyes, threatening to pour down bright red cheeks.
“I just came, be gentle,” Scara chokes out around an overstimulated moan.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” Sethos slows, the pull of his rut almost overwhelming. He shakes with the effort to stay still. “Can you take a little more? I’m so sorry, please, just a little more, I’m so close–”
Sethos knows he’s babbling, but he lost the ability to filter himself a while ago. He releases one of Scara’s thighs and brings a hand up to his face, finding it wet with tears. Humiliation courses through him, adding to his overwhelming mix of emotions.
“Shhh, it’s okay. Calm down, I’ve got you.” Scara thumbs at his tears, wiping them away. “You can keep going, I’m okay now.”

These research retreats have a reputation. You and a lab partner with overlapping areas of studies agree to travel to abandoned desert ruins for sample collection, you share a tent because of budget reasons, of course, and spend two weeks under the night stars sharing your theories about automaton circuitry or whatever and sleeping close to each other because the desert night air is cold and then the next thing everyone knows is that your final research papers are dedicated to each other and you are citing each other in the bibliography and applying for future grants for a combined thesis with an expanded scope.
