Summary
Sylvie Lushton is a 4th-year English major whose entire attendance at the prestigious Tempus Veritas Academy balances precariously on a tower of counseling, financial aid, and a steady supply of instant noodles and coffee. Until a new professor offers her a deal she can’t refuse, and what starts as a feud between teacher and student leads to something much more.
Something happier, that could knock her carefully constructed tower over like Jenga blocks.
Sylvie never liked the forbidden romance trope.

Summary
A year after escaping He Who Remains’ depraved game, Sylvie and Loki try to reconnect so she can begin to heal. A speculative ending to Satisfied.
They were supposed to be happy. Sylvie was supposed to love him the way she should - with her words, with her body. But she was always shitty at the former, and now the latter was tainted, dysfunctional.
Though recognizing the wounds that set her back, that was how she got better all her life, was it not? It was how she survived apocalypse after apocalypse, functioning as a machine that needed to be torn apart to find and fix the faulty part, or erase it entirely. She needed to be broken in order to put herself back together again; it was just how she operated.
She just needed to be broken by the right person.
