Rook comes into his camp, and she comes alone. No clanking armour this time, although that monstrous maul is still slung across her back and she has a fraying pack too. She still looks like a mountain with horns on, but – yeah. She’s a mountain after an avalanche, all the stuff like trees and snow swept away and only naked rock left behind. That tells Eldrin pretty much all he needs to know.

The gith have been around since the publication of the 1981 Fiend Folio, featuring in monster manuals, magazines, video games, and more. They've got a lot to say and hopefully this document will help us understand it.
