Summary
Harry and Louis have been inseparable since they were teenagers, best mates but basically married, according to everyone else.
Harry’s been quietly in love for years, Louis is in deep denial about everything, and their friends have a running bet on which one will snap first.
Then Harry finally gets asked on a date and Louis completely, utterly loses his mind.
What follows is slow burn chaos: jealousy, touchy nights in shared beds, protective instincts nobody wants to examine too closely, and two boys trying very hard not to realise they’re in love.
It would be easier if they weren’t constantly wrapped around each other. Or if Louis didn’t hate Harry’s suitor on sight. Or if Harry could stop waking up in Louis’ arms…
But hey, they’ll get there.

They’re getting so big.
Louis misses when they were just tiny pups tucked against his chest, still smelling of milk and baby shampoo, looking up at him like he hung the stars. Now, they’re growing and awkward, beautiful in the way teens just becoming themselves often are — all potential and hormones and uncertainty.
Or, the one where it's sixteen years later and Louis, Harry and Will's pups are teenagers who are forced to navigate heats, ruts, sibling drama and their parents. Josie is in love with Elias. Elias is too scared to accept either of their feelings. Sam is overly protective of Sabrina which could mean nothing and Sabrina just wants to be left alone by everyone.
