Summary
In an alternate My Hero Academia timeline, quirkless Midoriya Izuku becomes a powerful underground figure known as Cipher. By age 10, he uses his analysis skills to advise anyone who’ll pay — heroes, villains, civilians. By 13, he’s emancipated and disgusted with the corruption in Hero Society.
He starts exposing hero coverups, praising only a few real ones like Mirko, Aizawa, Present Mic, Hawks, and Jeanist. At 14, Cipher works with those heroes, the League of Villains, and vigilantes to evacuate the quirkless, falsely accused, and vulnerable before Japan locks down. With help from global allies, he moves thousands through hidden routes to safety in South Korea, China, and Russia.
When the world sees the truth, the UN, ICC, and IHPSC intervene. Japan collapses under scrutiny. In a bold broadcast, Izuku reveals his identity — a quirkless teen who saved lives with truth, not power.
Cipher wasn’t born to be a hero.

Я умилялась половину глав, сдерживая визг. Очень приятная история после хоррора, 16 глав на момент 09.07.
Я плачу от того, насколько это восхитительно.Пару фактов для дальнейшего прочтения–
Микумо был в комиссии до 12 лет.
Он имеет причуду телепортации.
Живёт с Ямадзавами.17. ладно автор не соврал что главы будут тяжелыми. нельзя не злиться на айзаву за манипуляции, но они работают на благо изуку. я думаю.
19. ахуеть просто.... вау. мне нравится, что держат в напряжении, но как с яшмой я не выдержу, надеюсь это продлится не 20 глав.
20 глава. я не смогла ее толком прочитать из-за триггерных тем, но эмоции очень остро чувствуются и в горле ком.

All For One hears Izuku Midoriya's thoughts on a battlefield and makes a decision he can't take back.Neither can Izuku.The connection runs both ways. Izuku knows this thirty seconds after waking up in a cave with no quirk, two broken hands, and the most dangerous man alive sitting six feet away running his fingers through his hair.
He doesn't say anything.He picks up a piece of charcoal and starts taking notes.
This is either the worst thing that has ever happened to him or the beginning of something that doesn't have a name yet.He's still figuring out which.So is All For One.

The green indistinguishable creature lay there silently for a moment there vocal cords adjusting after not speaking for centuries.
"I wish to see this world to its end."

Izuku is a cat, for as long as he's known he's always been a cat.
Though he was far from normal.
A cat with a powerful Meta-ability, an immortal healing machine is what he'd call himself.'Not like that matters...'
Being born during an era of chaos and destruction, specifically known as the Dawn of Quirks. (To people in the future of course) was far from fun and happy.
With both allies and enemies weaving their way into his life and the steady rise of meta-abilities... well life can be tough.
"It is what it is." Izuku said shrugging, eyes glancing towards the blond boy. "Besides... I don't plan on retiring till he's dead."
