定期去看心理咨询师是约翰·华生医生的习惯。然而，因为夏洛克的妹妹优若斯假扮心理咨询师的事情（见剧集402结尾）， 他对人类心理咨询师产生了恐惧症。
为了帮助朋友，夏洛克告诉约翰，麦考夫的团队有一台机器人心理咨询师。
约翰开始去见那台机器人心理咨询师。当然实际上在机器人背后和他对话的人是他的朋友夏洛克。
隔着一台机器，他们开始谈论过去的事情，谈论他们的感情。

Hank, who he left on top of that frozen rooftop overlooking Hart Plaza.
