Summary
An ocean of black and gray with some really pale blue. It’s how everything feels when it is a bad day, a bad week or bad month. The world is kind of tasteless, nothing makes sense.
Jisung felt it coming back. He saw the colors fading in front of his eyes and the happiness slowly leaving his body, he just couldn’t feel anymore. He was numb and his brain kept making an ‘out-of-service radio’ sound. The depression was eating his life, again, like a broken cycle replaying itself. It was not the first episode he went through and certainly not the last but this one was a harsh one.

"Everything is okay. You’re just a hungry baby. As soon as mama’s done with his shower, you’ll have aaaaaaall the milk you can dream of. C’mon Jisungie, be nice with dada."
The sole answer the big broad alpha got from the small being in his arms was a louder cry, his baby not agreeing with the need to wait for his favorite thing in the world. Jaehyun’s only response to the wail is to continue to gently bounce on the yoga ball, trying to appease the hungry little human in arms.

“Suho?” Sieun’s voice is low, questioning.
When Suho doesn’t answer, Sieun doesn’t second guess the thought that sparks. It feels right, giddiness gently lighting up his insides. His voice lowers further until it’s just a whisper as he guesses, “Alpha?”
So, so quietly, Suho whines.

Suho inhaled a little too quickly.
“I just want to hear you say it.”
“Are all frat boys this needy?” Sieun wondered, teasing.
Suho’s lips parted as though he might argue, but he decided to stay quiet—which, for Ahn Suho, was an impossible task.
Or Sieun avoids Suho for months until a frat party changes that.

He knows he wants to get better at this. He wants to wear makeup more often—maybe see how it pairs with some of his nicer shirts. He wants to try more styles of earrings. He wants to paint his nails brighter colors. Maybe … he wants to try loving his body in a new way.
Maybe he’s not done evolving. And maybe that doesn’t have to be scary.
