Summary
Neither of them say anything at first, Hizashi due to shock and Shouta due to the fabric gag between his lips. Hizashi's brain sort of feels like it's buffering. There weren't any signs of a break-in that he'd seen, and there's no way Shouta would just allow anyone to tie him up with his own weapon—fully-clothed let alone naked like he is now.
That didn't leave very many options though for how this could have happened.
Unless... had he done this to himself?
"Um," Hizashi says, honestly feeling a little lost. He blinks a few times like that might help things make sense again. "...Are you stuck, Shouta?"
Shouta glares at him, brows furrowed and cheeks pink in a way that clearly screamed 'shut up and help me already!' And, fuck, Hizashi hasn't seen him get stuck like this in years.
(AKA, Shouta ties himself to the bed with his capture weapon and gets stuck, and Hizashi decides to take full advantage)

“Would you be gentle with me?” he asks, sucking a mark into the crook of Hizashi’s neck, hard enough that when he pulls back, the skin is red, purpling at the centre. Hizashi strokes his hair gently, fingers carding through the strands with more tenderness than Shouta thinks the situation calls for - it doesn’t stop him from humming, pleased, when Hizashi starts to play with the baby hairs at the back of his neck. “Or would you be mean? Fuck me without any prep whilst I’m still dry, just use blood to slick me up?”
“The mouth on you,” Hizashi says, and it sounds like praise. Shouta purrs throatily, a pleased, mischievous rumble from the depths of his chest. “Be good,” Hizashi hisses, but Shouta shakes his head, turning to rest his head on Hizashi’s chest and peering up at him forlornly through his lashes, not unlike a baby deer. He pouts too, just to complete the picture and Hizashi groans, rocking his head back against the pillows and rolling his eyes. “Gonna fuck you ‘til you fucking cry later,” Hizashi says, like it's a threat and a promise all rolled into one.
