    Smii7y is a vigilante. He helps heros on their busy nights, handling the smaller incidents. Until a stranger attacks him, and throws him off a roof into the trash.

    Yumi is a Vigilante. He keeps slippery criminals from escaping into nature. Until his fellow vigilante goes missing, and he slowly moves into the city to find out why.

    Blarg, Kryoz, Daukey, and Sovi are heros. They keep the city safe and are adored by the public.

    Clooless are villains. Violent, terrifying villains. Until they find Smii7y in a dumpster, and drag him to their base to help him.

    And as it turns out, somebody is targeting those who try to make the world a better place, believing that they're making cities dependent.

    And none of these people can have that, can they?
