Sometimes she sent him dreams.
Zelda was a dragon, flying across the sky at a steady and eternal pace, looping her kingdom in easy, endless circles. Link didn't know what–if any–of the Zelda he loved remained after her draconification. It didn’t matter. Link had faith in his girl. He'd cry in her arms when he had her back, and not a moment sooner.
He knew she'd done this with no hope, no plan for coming back to him in the end. She could be dramatic like that. It was alright. Her sacrifice gave him the upper-hand over Ganondorf.
