Poison Ivy knew Time-Travel was possible, she and Harley have seen the future, what she did not expect is to find herself back at her old cell in Arkham looking exactly like she did years ago before Harleen turned into Harley. She didn't know if she could go back to her Harley but she would make sure this Harleen would NOT suffer the same way.
Harley is used to craziness, even her however did not expect to find herself back to her Harleen Quinzel appearance. What was even stranger, she was still pregnant. But she knew the Poison Ivy here was not like her sweet Pammy. She would win her over though and would definitely not go for Joker this time around.
In other words, our girls are back in the past one only mentally, the other physically too, they have no clue they are both back and will try to win each other's heart while trying to figure out who's behind this.
