Everything is damp and set up as an almost laughable archetype of a Marine ship brig. It’s all horribly unrefined and he’s thankful a lady isn’t around to witness his sad state.
Sanji is captured, but now he knows his crew will fetch him. Just a shame the scenery and his tormentors weren't more pleasant.
