    It wasn't exactly how Izuku had seen his day going. He could honestly say that killing the No. 2 Pro Hero had not been part of his life plan. Well, what was done was done. Accidents happened, and his accomplices in both the murder, as well as the cover up thereof, were actually very nice people, so really he couldn't complain. That Endeavor's son was one of them, they were all future classmates in UA's hero course and that the accidental killings just kept piling up when no one else seemed to have similar issues were all minor details really. After the fourth time it happens, though, they decide that they should probably get that under control before they ended up full time Pros. Or in Tartarus. Maybe becoming quirkless vigilantes would help?

    Summary

    A series of vigilante stories that are probably-unrelated but sort-of based off of each other.

    Can be read as complete at any point of time.

    Common Thread:
    Vigilante Dekusquad (Midoriya, Iida, Uraraka and Todoroki (and sometimes Asui and Shinsou))
    Unreasonably convoluted and long titles
    I feel like every fic so far culminates in a vigilante reveal
    Oh yeah, and they also all seem to be N+1 things kind of fics?? ...Yeah, somehow that seems to be a thing.

    Shouta smirks, letting him bare his teeth into what his students like to call his logical ruse smile, and takes some level of satisfaction in how several students wince. “I don’t know, why don’t you ask them why they’re on house arrest?”

    “House arrest?” Yaoyorozu asks, frowning. “Is that why they weren’t allowed to get the groceries last time?”

    “But,” Ashido splutters. “They’re the Dekusquad! The good kids! They literally never do anything wrong! Why would they be on house arrest?”

    Though he doesn’t outwardly react, he takes a sort of sadistic pleasure in watching the class turn on the self-proclaimed Dekusquad, eager for information. Heroics students or not, teenagers can be so simple-minded sometimes.

    When your school teacher is also your underground mentor, you tend to let your guard down a little more. Maybe they’re an exception - heroics schools are kinda weird, and they aren’t typical students either, with vigilantism and all.

    (aka, the dekusquad have been vigilantes since middle school, and here’s 6 times their vigi-selves entrust eraserhead with personal information, and that time they reveal their identities to him)

    "I'm really sorry we're late, Mr. Aizawa! We had to get rid of the body and Endeavor is just as heavy as he looks. I got your favorite though!" He hands the cup to the teacher and, blaming it on sleep deprivation or his coffee addiction, he forgets about the first part and takes the cup with a grunt, letting the warmth seep into his palms as he gestures for the group to take their seats. They do so and he turns to look at his lesson for the day. A simple battle test, should be simple enough. The silence of the class is unsettling until he takes a sip of the drink, as black and bitter as possible, the kind of coffee that Hizashi says makes him even more dark and gloomy. The caffeine makes the first part of Midoriya's explaination really sink in.
