Summary
Touya is in his twenties, has CMT1, and a nightstand full of medications that don't do a thing. Bakugo is also in his twenties and a compulsive need to drive until his head shuts up.
They meet in the underground street racing circuit. Touya watches, Bakugo races. Then Touya takes him to bed, and Bakugo realizes he wants more than just a one-night serotonin hit.
The problem is Touya has spent twenty years learning not to ask for help. And Bakugo has spent twenty years learning not to offer it.
Or: Bakugo doesn't know why the ghost with white hair and burn scars keeps showing up. He just knows he wants him to stay.

A/N: This story holds a special place in my heart as a labor of love, born from a roleplay with a wonderful partner that, sadly, was left unfinished. While my partner in crime vanished and our collaboration came to an end, the story of Taiko and Sazanka refused to be forgotten.
I've done my best to transform our shared snippets and plot threads into a coherent narrative, a tribute to the world and characters we built together. While I can't promise a definitive ending, I can promise a journey filled with tension, pining, and digital camaraderie. Think of this as a love letter to a story that deserved to be told, and I hope you enjoy this glimpse into the 'what could have been.'
