    Katsuki can’t have pups. If it wasn’t obvious by the fact that all of his friends have at least one by now, then this should finalize all assumptions. Deku and pink cheeks have two, Icy hot and Tape face have one, even Kaminari and Shinsou had one, though the pup had only just been born a week ago. Katsuki was pretty much the only one without a pup.

    He’d known since he presented as an omega that it would be nearly impossible for him to have pups of his own. Something was wrong with the amount of eggs he carried, and his hormones were basically fucked. Big subjects for a teenagers mind. Katsuki didn’t really understand it until he was much older. The chances of him ever getting pregnant were slim to none, and if he ever did get pregnant, the possibility of miscarriage was very high.

    So how did this happen?

    how could he possibly be pregnant and what the hell was he going to do?

    or, after years of saying he could never have pups of his own, Katsuki finds out he's pregnant.
