Grian's never told anyone that sometimes- when he's particularly stressed or tired- he can't help but act like a child. He's learned that lesson the hard way.
But when he notices that something seems off with Scar, keeping his secret is much less important than making sure the vex hybrid doesn't get hurt too.
Or: Grian- who would never go to a caregiver for help, even if he knew that such a thing existed- meets a regressed Scar and decides to spirit him away to his base to take care of him. There's no way this could go wrong.

"Sam killed Pink!" Mumbo screamed as he bolted into the cafeteria, slamming hip first into the table as he failed to stop his momentum. His blood stained fingers grasped desperately at the edge of the table.
"Grian- Grian- Grian! Sam's the imposter!" The man stumbled over his words, eyes wide with fear as the man in question casually strolled into the room.
"Hey Gree-on! Mumbo just killed Pink!" Mumbo blanched, realizing how bad he looked, even though Sam was also covered in blood.
"No- no, it was Sam! Grian you've got to believe me-!"
Grian could only stare at both of them with wide eyes. If Pink was dead, that meant it was just the three of them left on this ship.

Starscream had lost a lot before the war. Sunbeam. His sparkling. Starscream had long since lost hope that his sparkling was alive. Sunbeam had died in the ruins of Vos, and Starscream would never see him.
B-127 had been born before the war. He did not have anything left to lose by the time war broke out. Raised underground in energon mines, B-127 had not even gotten to grow into his true colors. Optimus Prime has saved him from the mines; there was never a need to look back.

Summary
The Decepticon attack on the Autobot ship Orion left the repair crew in stasis and the Decepticon leader missing. The ship crash landed into an ocean on the organic planet Earth, galaxies away from their home planet of Cybertron. The youngest member of the repair crew, Bumblebee, had his stasis pod malfunction, waking him up before Teletraan-1 could repair the ship.
He is stuck underwater, alone, without Energon and under frequent Decepticon attacks from those attempting to find their missing leader.
