She quirked an eyebrow, not sure exactly what was going on but open to humouring him. Moving slower this time, more deliberately, she brought her finger back to her lips, but this time she stuck her tongue out and licked the creamy substance from the pad of her fingertip, only bringing her tongue back into her mouth once it was fully clean.
She’d maintained eye contact with her boyfriend the whole time, and was equal parts turned on and fascinated by the fact that he was whimpering by the time her little show was over.
“Pen, I’m gonna need you not to judge what happens next and just trust me that it’ll be really, really good. Get your arse to the bedroom. Now.” As an afterthought, he added, “Please.”
“But the dishes,” she protested half-heartedly, clearly just poking the bear at this point.
“Fuck the dishes,” he said, already standing up and walking around to her chair. “I’ll set them on fucking fire if we’re not in the bedroom in the next five seconds.”

So he said nothing. Instead, he took the long way, stretching the moment just to share the same air with her. It calmed him, knowing she wasn't getting married today — that for now she was with him, in his car, and he was taking care of her. That way, he could let his mind drift and imagine that she was running away with him on her wedding day, with her beautiful veil on and his leather jacket wrapped around her.
The evidence that she almost belonged to another, but ended up choosing him.
or Colin picks Penelope up from her hen party and the fact she is wearing a veil fucks him up a bit.
