Summary
One can only lose their best friend so many times before they start... Slipping.
Six months after the defeat of V.I.L.E., former operatives start dropping like flies left and right—victims of a gun slinging maniac. When Carmen catches wind of these murders, she reaches out to her best friend in hopes of finding and stopping this mysterious killer. However, things aren't quite as they appear. As happy as Player may seem to help her, something about him isn't quite right.
Player isn't one to keep secrets from Carmen, but some things are more important than the truth. He's on a mission to protect her, and that is all that matters. He does what he does for a reason, and Carmen doesn't need to be any the wiser.
What she doesn't know won't kill her.

Summary
It’s only after talking to Yuki that he feels a spark of possibility. Maybe they all were right, maybe killing a god is impossible. But kill the next best person? Kill the human? The way Yuki said it, such an act would break a god. Then the god isn’t a god anymore, aren’t they. And then they are simply god-adjacent—even if they are still classified as a “god”—and killing the not-a-god, surely that still counts as killing a god.
And then Suguru will have honored his obligations.
He’s going to kill a god and go down in history.
The only issue is that the god he meets is Gojo Satoru. It doesn't go well.

Summary
Satoru did not deal well with shared space; his room back at home was spacious and lavish and the only people that ever came in for any reason were the maids. No friends, no family, and especially no roommates.
After several moments of delegation, he knocked firmly on the door. Five or so seconds passed, and Satoru began to tap his foot. He knocked again, much louder.
“Shit!” Someone exclaimed, punctuating their statement with a loud thud that was followed by a litany of swears. “Coming, sorry!”
Satoru rolled his eyes.
“Take your time, seriously.” He teased, hoping that the annoyance in his voice was made abundantly clear. The door opened just as he said it.
OR
Gojou Satoru has never once been forced to confront the idea that the world does not revolve around him. Naturally, that changes when he leaves homeschooling to go to a school with classmates.
