    One day Hermione is summoned to the bowels of the Ministry where she is met by the lead Unspeakable who has a rather odd situation that needs to be dealt with.

    Draco Malfoy has just arrived from twenty years in the future and insists on speaking to his wife, Hermione Granger.

    The only problem is that the Draco Malfoy she knows is still the snarky, button-pushing boy upstairs--and not the man in front of her now.

    The plan is simple. Fake the marriage. Save Hannah’s Super Bowl halftime chances. Boost Garrett’s golden-boy hockey image. Divorce quietly after the season.

    His eyes snap to hers. Fuck. He’d imagined it, fantasised over hearing his name fall from her lips in a variety of different ways. Somehow, even in anger, hearing it is better than anything he’d dreamt up.

    “Because I don’t want to be your fucking friend, Granger!” he yells.

    “You kissed me.” She finally spoke after nearly two minutes of appraisal from her place upon his lap.  

    “I… I’m sorry. I was trying to get you to invite me in,” Draco stammered. His body and his mind had become hopelessly out of step.
     
    “And then I did,” Hermione replied, sliding higher against his thighs. “And you kissed me again.”  

    “I… Granger. Hermione.” He drew a breath, searching for something, anything, that could make sense of what was happening. “I’m sorry. I know it was wrong. I shouldn’t have taken advantage like that. You were just…” He trailed off, thoroughly undone, bewildered by the lioness poised for an attack upon his legs.

    “I was just what, Draco?” she asked, tilting her head. “Too tempting?”
