“Merlin!” Arthur snapped.
“I’m helping!”
“You are not helping!”
Arthur ducked as a blade swung toward his head, twisting and slamming the pommel of his sword into the attacker’s jaw. The man staggered.
Behind them, part of the roof cracked loudly as flames chewed through support beams.
There were still people inside.
Arthur saw it in a flash the door partially jammed, smoke pouring out too thick.
“Merlin!” he barked. “Get them out!”
Merlin wasted no time, wrapping his neckerchief around his face and barging into the burning building.
When a boring day becomes the worst day of Arthurs life.

They weren't going to make it. Anakin knew it immediately, the building was coming down and there was nothing Anakin could do to stop it. But he could save them. His clones, Ahsoka, and Obi-Wan were all ahead of him as they ran for the entrance. He couldn't let them die. He couldn't. So he stopped running, raised his hands and summoned the force from within, tapping into the raw power that he knew he possessed. Obi-Wan stopped and turned to see Anakin standing there, his eyes widened as he realized what Anakin was about to do and he took a step towards Anakin.
