Megumi walked inside, setting his bag on the bed, and sitting down. This was his home for now. When Megumi looked back at the door, Nanami and Shoko had left. Good. Megumi didn’t want to talk anymore. Megumi was tired.
He laid down on the stiff mattress, squeezing his eyes tightly shut. Megumi wanted to rest his eyes, sleep, just for a little while.
“Hi, my name is Yuji Itadori! I’m so excited to have a roommate again!”

Itadori looked to the side, tapping his chin in thought. “Well, for one, Sukuna would never ask for forgiveness. But… I guess if he did, I don’t think I would forgive him.”
Megumi’s eyebrows furrowed. “You wouldn’t?” he inquired.
“Nah, I wouldn’t,” Itadori said with a shrug. “Sure, I feel bad for him, but he’s done some pretty horrible things.”
“How can you feel bad for him?”
“Well, it’s not like I feel bad for him in the way that makes anything he did justifiable. I feel bad for him because he doesn’t see value in life,” Itadori explained. “The idea that someone can’t see the beauty in things, even things as simple as a moment like this, just kinda makes me sad.”
