    “How are you so stupidly fucking attractive?” Dan asks and immediately blushes a bit, as if he didn’t actually mean to say it out loud. Phil grins and lets out a short laugh. “Shut up,” says Dan, holding himself up on his elbows. “I thought we were in the middle of something here.”

    “How can I refuse if you find me so irresistible?” Phil teases with a smile and moves closer.

    “I really hate you sometimes, you know,” Dan says and Phil kisses him again.

When a chance encounter pushes them back together, both Phil and Dan have to decide if they really understand who they are in this new era, and what hurts more, being together or being apart.
