“There’s only four of them,” said Kageyama, slowly counting the children to make sure he didn’t miss any. “You can handle four. I’ve seen you with more.”
Tsukishima cleared his throat to gain their attention.
“Hi,” he said. “Is it really necessary to run a child trafficking ring in front of my door?”

“Thank you, Iwa-chan,” Oikawa says stiffly. “Ushiwaka.” He stands. Which is ridiculous. As is this entire council meeting, actually, so, y’know, par for the course. He clears his throat. “We are here to discuss Kuroo Tetsurou’s crimes, specifically—” Here, he raises his voice, as if anticipating Kuroo’s interruption, “—the endless, egregious, emotionally taxing to unwilling viewers… flirting.”
What.
What.
“With who?” Kuroo asks, incredulous.
Almost all heads swivel to face him. Kunimi’s head doesn’t move, but he does cast a sidelong glance Kuroo’s way. Kageyama doesn’t look up from his notepad, where he does, in fact, seem to be dutifully writing something. Tsukishima is watching over his shoulder and rolls his eyes, pointing at something on the page. Kageyama scowls, then scribbles it out.
“Daichi, obviously,” Suga says.
Really, one of these days, they’re going to have to have a conversation with Oikawa about hijacking Official Council Meetings for his nonsense. Probably got bigger fish to fry today, though.
