Summary
He steps deeper, calling out a soft "Dunk?" in case the omega is asleep deeper than usual. Or maybe he ended up underneath the bed again — that night will make a fucking hilarious story some day, but it was definitely not funny when he woke up with the distinct memory of Dunk in his arms and no Dunk in his arms that morning.
His foot, damn it, steps on a board that protests loudly, creaking.

Summary
Jace looks down at Rickon, grinning when he finds his eyes closed, his little mouth open in slumber. A little triumphant pang shoots through his chest.
“Holy fuck. How did you do that?” Jace turns to find Cregan standing in the hall, staring. His hair is tousled like he’s been freshly scrubbing at it, his eyes red like he’s been crying. His voice is thick like he has been, too. Relief slackens his features as he takes in Rickon, limp and asleep in Jace’s arms.
Jace chuckles. “I told you, I have five younger siblings. I have my ways.”

Jace visits his classmate's apartment for a quiet study session (Not a study date. Definitely not a study date.) But what he finds is a very sleepless teething baby and Cregan at his wit's end.
And after Jace - magical, perfect Jace - manages to not only calm his son but Cregan as well, (twice, and very expertly and very hotly), Cregan faces the reality that this is more than just a study date. And it's time to go on a real one.
