I have tagged the uncompleted fics as "discontinued" BUT considering I still have 100s of snippets for TW kink fics in my files, including the unfinished chapters of fics like Rooted in Place... there is a very tiny chance that one day I'll be back.

He doesn’t remember his parents all that well but he knows they were in a deep, all encompassing love. He has faded photographs, letters they wrote each other, bundled up together in a shoebox under his bed. On a good day his Uncle would tell him stories about his parents if he were tipsy and feeling sentimental, the sweet spot he stayed in before he became belligerent and hot tempered. “Pete, my brother looked at your mama look she hung the damn stars in the sky.” He’d told him once. “'My whole world', that’s what he called her.”
