WHAT THE FUDGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this is insane i loved all of it. I didn't even actually choose anything, I read all of it and tried to mentally connect the paths to the other ones, which kind of worked. This is so good ahhhhgggg Agent Choi trying to show Kim Soleum all of it, so he could return to the Disaster Management Bureau and not use the wish ticket.... ñññiñiñiñiñ ughhhh i loved the angst!!

And catches a flicker of surprise in Light’s “friendly” expression.
“You just can’t take a compliment, can you,” Light ‘asks’. L’s intentionally unbothered gaze tenderly touches her long lashes with the faintest hint of mascara.

L only internalises factual compliments: she is brilliant, she is relentless, she is powerful. Her being attractive to Light is not a factual statement - and, either way, she has never heard that before.
