And so he did.
It didn't keep him from mourning the death of his son.
Or: Bruce quits being Batman in the wake of Jason's death, tells the world who he is, then retires to Montana and slowly finds healing. And when Jason comes back to life six months later, and Talia tells him 'you remain unavenged,' he can't find any evidence to support that, so he goes home.

Bruce knew exactly what he was getting into when he agreed to submit to Joker 24/7. To be owned by Joker, inside and out. He knew his place. And right now, his place was sucking Joker off in front of his henchmen and the innocent civilians he was threatening to kill to appease whatever twisted, insatiable beast was currently clawing at Joker’s insides that only his submission could subdue.

A superhero and a supervillain are in a 24/7 total power exchange (TPE) dynamic that, up to this point, has only existed behind closed doors. What happens when their dynamic is finally brought into their public personas? How far does TPE go into the game they play as Batman and The Joker?
